Torre&Friends is the format that comes to life in the kitchen of Ristorante Torre, transforming it into a space for encounters between chefs, projects, and different visions. A series of evenings designed as open dialogues, where cuisine becomes a shared language and an opportunity for exchange, between research, identity, and contemporary creativity.
This year’s program opens on July 1 with Sandì and Laura Santosuosso, leading an evening dedicated to an instinctive, tactile approach to cooking, deeply rooted in seasonality and guided by an authentic vision of the ingredient.
The journey continues on October 8 with Bar Brutal, together with Max and Stefano Colombo, in a meeting that brings to the table the energy of the famous project linked to natural wine and to an idea of free and contemporary conviviality.
Closing the season on December 2 will be Venissa with Chiara Pavan, for an evening that tells the story of the connection between cuisine and sustainability, through a gastronomic research deeply tied to the territory.
