Torre, located on the sixth floor of the eponymous Fondazione Prada building, was designed by Rem Koolhaas in 2018. The presence of artworks and design elements makes the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar unique. Its terrace and large windows reveal an unprecedented perspective of the city of Milan.
The menu conceived by chef Lorenzo Lunghi evokes the memory of authentic flavours while contemporarily renewing the gastronomic traditions of the territory. Fresh and seasonal ingredients are creatively paired to enhance the raw materials and qualities of each dish.
The extensive wine selection strikes a perfect balance between natural labels, indigenous grape varieties, niche products, and the best of both large and small Italian producers, offering the opportunity to embark on an exciting oenological experience. To complete the experience we offer an enticing selection of cocktails that range from reimagined classics with a surprising twist to the most original creations.
“A collage of pre-existing themes and elements,” that’s how architect Rem Koolhaas describes the unexpected space of Torre. The expansive windows opening up to Milan’s skyline, the welcoming tone of the furnishings, and the careful choice of colours create an intriguing contrast between sophistication and intimacy.
The bar and restaurant are immersed in an atmosphere inspired by contemporary creation. The presence of works by prominent international artists and designers testifies to the connection with the identity of Fondazione Prada.
