TORRE ITALIA

An encounter between territories, traditions, and contemporary visions

Torre Italia is a project developed in collaboration with Spacedelicious, created to showcase the extraordinary richness of Italian cuisine through the meeting of territories, traditions, and contemporary perspectives. It is a format brought to life through a series of events, each dedicated to the dialogue between some of the most representative names in Italian gastronomy, invited to share their identity and culinary heritage.

The first event, scheduled for May 20, inaugurates the format with Mimi alla Ferrovia and La Brinca, two iconic restaurants that authentically express the roots and flavours of their respective regions.

The second event, on June 18, features Ai Due Platani and La Villetta, emblematic establishments that bring to the table stories, traditions, and a deep connection with local gastronomic culture.

The third event, on September 16, will see Buca di San Francesco and La Nunziadeina as protagonists, two realities that place at the centre a narrative built on identity, memory, and the enhancement of tradition.

The cycle concludes with the fourth event, on November 18, featuring Cascina Lago Scuro and Osteria Fratelli Pavesi, representatives of a cuisine rooted in Italy’s rural culture, defined by coherence, territory, and a contemporary vision.

Torre Italia thus becomes a journey through Italy’s culinary landscape, a collective narrative in which each encounter is an opportunity for discovery, exchange, and the celebration of gastronomic authenticity.
